We are Slotted ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a business operated as a sole trader based in New South Wales, Australia (ABN 94 956 429 493).
We operate the mobile application Slotted (the "App"), together with any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services"). The App helps rugby kickers record kicking sessions, track statistics, and receive coaching and AI-generated coaching insights.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Slotted, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your place of residence), you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Legal Terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, you must not use or register for the Services.
